Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Morristown, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, and service staff. You will partner with the General Manager to drive top performance and guest engagement, while mentoring and developing your team for ongoing success.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of restaurant management, solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and strong computer/POS proficiency to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling.
• Ability to lead and train teams.

YOU GOT THIS Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
