Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Minneapolis, MN to lead front-line teams and partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence. You will oversee Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and support staff, focusing on guest metrics and engagement to create legendary experiences.

Formación

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service.

YOU GOT THIS

Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
