Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

You will focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement, and you will champion training and development to grow your team while delivering legendary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.

YOU GOT THIS

Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
