Buffalo Wild Wings in Bellevue, Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

You will focus on guest experience, guest engagement, and staff development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service.

YOU GOT THIS

Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
