Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Overland Park, KS to lead shifts of managers, servers, bartenders and service staff. You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and focus on guest engagement, training, and development.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience and a solid understanding of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.

YOU GOT THIS

Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
