Job summary

Dogtopia seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in Indianapolis, overseeing dog daycare, boarding, and spa operations. You will coach team members, drive enrollment growth, and maintain exceptional service for every pet parent who walks through our doors.

You'll lead recruiting, training, and scheduling, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment. This role emphasizes people development, performance, and community outreach within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
