Job summary

Drury Hotels in Hayti, Missouri, seeks an Operations Leader to provide overall leadership across all hotel departments and to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success while focusing on quality, service, profitability, and team performance. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business is preferred and supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality, business, or related field.
