Job summary

Drury Hotels in Milwaukee is seeking a supervisory leader to guide housekeeping, laundry and maintenance teams, delivering top levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will drive cross‑department collaboration and maintain operational excellence in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of supervisory experience, a hospitality-focused degree, and a passion for serving guests with exceptional service standards.

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.

• Lead and inspire a team of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance professionals to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and service.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas exceed expectations in cleanliness and presentation.
• Oversee the maintenance of the hotel to keep it in top condition for guests.
• Provide leadership across all hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success in their roles.
• Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability and team.
