Atrium Hospitality seeks an Assistant General Manager for Franklin Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN. This full-time role leads daily hotel operations, drives revenue reporting, and ensures accuracy in financial processes while delivering guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience in a leadership role.
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or related field.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday: These tools ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Process Pro: Streamline operations and optimize efficiency across departments to keep things running smoothly.
