Atrium Hospitality's Charleston Embassy Suites is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, guide the team, and uphold the brand's service standards.

You will oversee revenue processes, cash handling, month-end tasks, and ensure accurate reporting, with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial performance.

The role offers a full-time, on-site position in Charleston, WV with a compensation range of $80,000–$90,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/PMS systems (Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage 300, Workday).
• Strong operations and process improvement capabilities.

• Revenue Pro: Oversee daily processes and deliver timely, accurate revenue reports with precision.
• Cash Expert: Manage house funds and resolve cashier discrepancies with skill and attention to detail.
• Month-End Specialist: Complete month‑end tasks and general ledger duties like a pro, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hotel management experience: Demonstrates a solid track record of leading hotel operations, managing teams, and delivering consistent results in a fast‑paced, high-pressure environment.
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience): Provides a strong foundation for navigating hotel operations and making informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday: These tools ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and quick problem-solving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Process Pro: Streamline operations and optimize efficiency across departments to keep things running smoothly.
