Atrium Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Franklin Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN. This full-time role offers a compensation range of $90,000–$95,000 and reports to hotel leadership, with opportunities to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, ensuring accurate revenue reporting, managing cash and month-end processes, and guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience.
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS/PMS systems.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hotel management experience: Demonstrates a solid track record of leading hotel operations, managing teams, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience): Provides a strong foundation for navigating hotel operations and making informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday: These tools ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Process Pro: Streamline operations and optimize efficiency across departments to keep things running smoothly.
• Integrity Champion: Build trust with direct, honest communication, ensuring a respectful and reliable environment.
