Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeping Manager for the Nashville Residence Inn. Lead the housekeeping team to deliver top-tier guest experiences and maintain brand standards on-site in Nashville, TN.

This full-time role requires strong leadership and operational oversight to optimize staffing, payroll, and costs. You will train staff on Atrium’s cleanliness program, supervise guest relations, and manage department finances while supporting growth opportunities within the Atrium SPIRIT

Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping teams – you know how to motivate and lead a hardworking crew.
• 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management preferred – you bring strong hospitality insights.
• High school diploma or equivalent – foundation for successful leadership.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office – keep records, schedules, and reports organized.
• Physically capable and flexible – lift 50 lbs, stand for shifts, weekends/holidays.
• Bilingual skills a plus – communicates with diverse teams and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver best-in-class guest experiences daily.
• Engage with guests, address concerns swiftly, ensure operational standards are met.
• Manage department finances by scheduling, payroll tracking, and cost control.

Compensation Range : $57,000 - $70,000
