Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will support the General Manager, recruit and train staff, and drive service quality to meet brand standards.

The role emphasizes guest experience, local marketing initiatives, and financial accountability, including cash handling and cost control, while ensuring accurate reporting and smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the foodservice industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offerings.
• Willingness to recruit, train and develop store staff to ensure high standards.
• Comfort with local marketing initiatives and brand compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with recruiting store associates to ensure the store is well staffed.
• Train store associates on company policies, procedures and operations standards.
• Develop associates for future career progression.
• Execute national and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
• Monitor food quality for recipe compliance and ensure dishes meet standards.
• Share responsibility for achieving store financial results and controlling labor/food costs.
• Assist with cash handling procedures and administrative duties.
• Perform cash register opening and closing procedures.
