SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dawsonville, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily hotel operations during the opening phase. Prior hospitality leadership is essential; candidates from retail, restaurants, and events are welcome.

You will supervise front-line teams, manage scheduling, vendor relations, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role in hospitality.

Our new SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dawsonville, GA is searching for an Assistant General Manager to join our team at our new Hotel. Prior hotel experience is a plus, we welcome candidates from across the hospitality industry - including retail, restaurants, resorts, and event venues - who bring strong leadership, operational know-how, and a commitment to exceptional guest service. Marriott hotel experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
