Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In coordination with the General Manager, you will drive restaurant performance and guest engagement.

You will focus on ensuring top operations, staff development, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. This role welcomes diverse backgrounds and offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to deliver legendary experiences.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, y ou have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
