Chili's in Columbia, SC is seeking a full-time Manager with energy and passion for guest experience. You will lead the team during high-energy shifts, learn the menu, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities include opening and closing duties, collaborating with teammates, and delivering hospitable service to each guest. Weekend, weekday, and holiday availability is required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
