Buffalo Wild Wings in Pewaukee, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager. You will focus on guest engagement, guest-related metrics, and driving legendary experiences while developing your team through hands-on training and effective supervision.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.
• Experience in training, supervising staff and developing teams.

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the GM.
• Ensure restaurant is at top of its game and focus on guest metrics.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
