Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Laredo, TX to lead daily operations and drive team performance.

You will oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants, partnering with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at its best. The role focuses on guest metrics, engagement and delivering legendary experiences while maintaining standards, training, and development for the staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop team.

Responsibilities
