This role is a generalist position that will require judgment, multi-taskingand both strategic and "in-the-weeds" work. The ideal candidate will havepreviousin-house experience and/or four or more years' experience at a leading corporate law firm. This attorney willbe responsible forcontracting and transaction initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have broad familiarity with the laws and regulations governing the activities of the company, a strong professional presence, and the demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate contracts.
