Monogram is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to act in an in-houset attorney role that will report to the Associate General Counsel | Chief Commercial and Regulatory Counsel of Monogram Health, Inc. and will be a key member of the legal team. This role is a generalist position that will require judgment, multi-tasking and both strategic and in-the-weeds work. The ideal candidate will have previous in-house experience and/or four or more years’ experience at a leading corporate law firm. This attorney will be responsible for contracting and transaction initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have broad familiarity with the laws and regulations governing the activities of the company, a strong professional presence, and the demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate contracts.
