Job summary

Function Health is hiring a Product Counsel to join its in-house legal team in Ashburn, VA. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to navigate regulatory, privacy, and product considerations for AI-driven health tools.

This role focuses on PHI data and HIPAA compliance throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a fast-growing tech company or health tech startup, with strong expertise in privacy laws
