The position is available in multiple locations, including Long Beach, CA, with potential for remote work. Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience as an attorney.
• Must be in good standing with the Bar of at least one U.S. state.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise firm in various legal matters and disputes.
• Manage contracts and ensure timely resolution of requests.
