Qualificações

• Undergraduate and law degrees and a license to practice law in CA or a comparable jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of progressively complex legal experience.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel; security clearance may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides legal advice on corporate, dispute resolution, and IP matters.
• Drafts, reviews and negotiates a variety of contracts and corporate documents.
• Advises management on risk mitigation and business decisions.
• Represents the company with outside counsel on dispute, transactional, IP and governance matters.
• Keeps current on state, federal and international laws affecting the business.
