The role requires JD, bar admission, and 2–3 years of related experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of directly related legal experience.
  • Admission to, or ability to be admitted to, the state bar of North Dakota and/or Arizona.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal research tools and contract management software preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Track legal deadlines and support interdepartmental communication on ongoing projects.
  • Prepare routine legal correspondence, filings, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain legal databases, case files, and contract repositories with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with compliance reviews, regulatory filings, and internal investigations.
  • Manage disputes, claims, and litigation including coordination with outside counsel.
