Responsibilities

• Advise on development of consumer banking deposit and loan products and payment services from ideation to launch.
• Provide legal guidance on applicable consumer banking laws and standards (TISA, TILA, RESPA, ECOA, EFTA, FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP).
• Collaborate with Bank partners to assess regulatory and reputational risks and develop risk management approaches.
• Assist in evaluating and developing consumer banking policies that conform to legal standards.
• Provide broad legal support to protect the Bank's business and reputational interests.
