Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH - Legal & Compliance Practice

Overview: LHH is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to work in the capacity of an Assistant General Counsel with a great client. The role revolves around contract management, with additional responsibilities supporting the legal department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (software, hardware, NDAs, client agreements, distributor agreements, etc.)
Supporting various business lines, including government and state-specific contracts
Reviewing third-party paper and managing contract lifecycle processes
Providing corporate legal support across multiple business units

Qualifications:

5–7 years of corporate legal experience
Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction
Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate matters
Ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus: Experience with international contracts

Details:

Employment type: Contract, with the possibility of going permanent
Compensation: up to $70/hr
