Job description

Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH - Legal & Compliance Practice

Overview: LHH is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to work in the capacity of an Assistant General Counsel with a great client. The role revolves around contract management, with additional responsibilities supporting the legal department as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (software, hardware, NDAs, client agreements, distributor agreements, etc.)
  • Supporting various business lines, including government and state-specific contracts
  • Reviewing third-party paper and managing contract lifecycle processes
  • Providing corporate legal support across multiple business units

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of corporate legal experience
  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction
  • Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate matters
  • Ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bonus: Experience with international contracts

Details:

  • Employment type: Contract, with the possibility of going permanent
  • Compensation: up to $70/hr
