Summary

Responsible for growing and leading the interior design trade business within the Gallery while delivering a luxury client experience. The role manages and develops a team dedicated to servicing the design trade, partners with the Gallery Leader on strategy, and oversees multiple trade projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead the interior design trade business within the Gallery
• Build, lead, educate and inspire a team focused on servicing the interior design trade
• Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop strategies for the trade business
• Lead and oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope
• Learn and communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment
• Represent RH at design community events and maintain consistent networking
• Remain current on local and global design publications and industry trends
• Share learnings and best practices to support trade business growth in other Galleries

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a high-end interior design showroom or similar luxury setting
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a team with superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Able to read and understand floor plans
• Clean driving record, current driver's license, and ability to travel locally and out of state
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office
