Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Gallery Curator to lead a cross-functional team in Naples, FL. The role drives visual merchandising strategies to elevate the brand experience and business results within a luxury home furnishings gallery.

You will champion the brand design perspective, collaborate with internal teams to execute brand standards, and mentor gallery staff to maintain a polished, high-quality environment that enhances the customer experience.

Qualifications

Summary

Responsibilities
  • Develop visual merchandising plans with gallery leadership and centralized visual teams.
  • Partner with internal teams to establish sales-driving strategies and ensure execution of brand standards.
  • Train gallery teams on merchandise presentation, signage, maintenance, recovery, and cleanliness.
  • Communicate the brand's design point of view and product assortment.
  • Engage, empower, and hold teams accountable for results.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of leadership and visual experience in luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace change, manage complex priorities, and deliver results.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic skills, including experience motivating teams through business analysis.
  • Ability to create a positive, healthy work environment and maintain a strong commitment to quality and detail.
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical activities.
