Job summary

RH is seeking an Associate Gallery Leader in Raleigh to oversee all facets of the gallery, deliver a luxury client experience, and lead cross-functional teams. The role includes coaching associates, driving results through engagement, and representing the RH brand with polished communication and presentation.

The leader will execute RH's design aesthetic while managing complex priorities and partnering with People on HR matters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others; results-driven.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for RH design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver effectively on the gallery floor.
