Job summary

Alterra Resorts in Mammoth Lakes, California, is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee front desk, bell, valet, and concierge operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager. You will lead guest services, training, employee relations, and purchasing as needed, and act as manager on duty to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements include a four-year college degree (preferred), 2+ years in hotel front desk and reservations, 6–12 months supervisory experience, and proficiency with MS

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel front desk and reservations operations.
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Sirius and Visual One.

Hourly pay rate: $25.00 to $26.13
