Job summary

Mammoth Mountain Inn is hiring a Front Office Manager to oversee daily Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Bell, Concierge, and Shuttle services.

The role focuses on achieving financial, staff, and guest-service goals with a strong emphasis on hospitality excellence in a mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ hospitality supervisory experience.
• Experience in a Mountain and/or Destination Resort hotel preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with business software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visual One.
