Job summary

Westin Riverwalk Hotel seeks an experienced Front Office professional to assist the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring brand standards are met. The role involves coordinating with departments, managing reservations, and supporting budget responsibilities in a luxury setting along the San Antonio River Walk.

The ideal candidate will have Front Desk experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing front office operations to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to optimize occupancy and revenues.
• Prepare forecasts and contribute to the Rooms Division budget.
• Train and develop entry level associates and supervisors.
