Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead our guest service team and drive hospitality excellence. You will train, supervise and mentor front desk staff while ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience, preferably in an upper upscale or luxury environment, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Front Office supervisory role.
• Experience in upper upscale or luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
