Job Description

Assist the Director of Front Office Operations and night staff to ensure maximum efficiency during evening hours.

Salary range: $53,940 - $67,424/year (based on experience)

Full-time associates are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid maternity leave, 401k, holiday pay, and leave accrual. Additional perks include discounts at the hotel restaurants, fitness center, parking, other Omni properties, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Train associates to meet Omni standards.
  • Maintain communication with department managers, especially with Night Audit staff.
  • Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Familiarize with hotel computer systems for troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Manage weekly supply inventories.
  • Address rate discrepancies and adjust as needed.
  • Block and assign arrivals, including VIPs and special requests.
  • Prepare group information sheets.
  • Manage check-out processes and balance reports.
  • Conduct daily credit checks.
  • Follow all front office systems and controls.
  • Promote and understand marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the Loyalty Ambassador to track and serve select guests.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel required.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand throughout shifts.
  • Customer service skills, multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, and organization skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
