Responsibilities

• Greet and supervise the greeting of customers while explaining store policies in a courteous manner.
• Develop weekly labor schedule for front-end personnel with store manager approval.
• Ensure front-end safety and proper checkout procedures; monitor cash handling and refunds.
• Oversee checkout and bagging of customer purchases and movement to customer cars.
• Supervise replacement of “go-backs” to stock areas and maintain cart/pantry cleanliness.
• Stay updated on new produce items, policies, and procedures; inform staff accordingly.
