Job summary

Hyatt Regency Long Beach is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the hotel's food and beverage areas, coordinating scheduling, forecasting, and training to ensure excellent guest experiences.

The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on food and beverage cost control. Experience in wine/beverage in upscale environments is preferred. This position is on-site at Hyatt Regency Long Beach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

The salary range for this position is $70,304 - $94,500. This is the pay range for this position that Hyatt Regency Long Beach reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
