The club offers various amenities, including a full-service restaurant, swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness facility. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hurstbourne Country Club, located in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, and training staff. The role involves coordinating with the culinary team to maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all dining areas and events. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and delivering a first-class dining experience for club members and guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build rapport with members and guests
  • Experience in Training staff and ensuring adherence to standards
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a high-end hospitality or private club setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
