Position OverviewThe Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership team to uphold our high standards and foster an engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of assigned outlets, including seasonal venues.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and purchasing.
- Train and develop team members in alignment with Hyatt and Forbes standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all venues.
- Provide visible leadership on the floor to support staff and address guest needs.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Act as a first responder for guest and colleague safety concerns .
QualificationsQualifications- Previous leadership experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
