St Johns Golf and Country Club in Saint Augustine, FL, part of Troon, seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to lead FOH operations and elevate guest experiences.

You will oversee restaurant, banquet, and beverage services, coordinate with kitchen, and support budgeting and marketing for dining and catering. A strong customer-service mindset and at least 5 years in FOH are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree (AA) or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Food Safety and Applicable Sanitation Training; Alcohol Awareness Training
• 5+ years of restaurant FOH experience
• Ability to read and speak English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and POS systems

Aufgaben

• Direct and oversee all food and beverage facets, including guest satisfaction and service.
• Set and implement schedules for restaurant, banquet, and beverage cart.
• Manage and assist in ordering beverages; monitor liquor costs.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely service, food quality, and presentation.
• Assist with month-end inventories and budget/cost analysis.
• Support marketing of restaurant and catering; supervise events.
• Ensure staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
