Position Overview: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will collaborate with F&B leaders to oversee daily operations of our restaurants, Cabinet and Cure Bar & Bistro, as well as the Grand Club. This role requires the ability to manage Cure Bar & Bistro independently and ensure high-quality service. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, training, compliance with laws and operating procedures, and coordinating special events. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, and experience in food and beverage cost control is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $66,100 to $73,500, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including POS systems
  • Upscale environment wine/beverage knowledge preferred
  • At least 2+ years of Food & Beverage Management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication, schedule flexibility, team spirit, and leadership qualities
