Position Summary

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager reports to the Outlets Food and Beverage General Manager, assisting in managing restaurant operations and leading personnel.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree, trade certification, or equivalent
• Minimum two years relevant experience or training
• Experience in high-quality restaurant or hotel preferred
• Skills in shift management, scheduling, performance management, customer service
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain San Diego County Food Handler certification (training provided)
• RBS certification required
• Professional, friendly, team-oriented demeanor
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, squat, and lift up to 25 lbs
