This Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage operations at both Shore Room and The Shelter Club. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, training, ensuring compliance with laws and operating procedures, and coordinating special events. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in food and beverage cost control being advantageous.
The salary range for this position is $68,640.00-$79,400.00. This range reflects what The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay. Actual salaries will depend on experience and education.
