TPIS in Bayamon, PR is seeking an Assistant FOH Store Manager for a Quick Service Restaurant. This hands-on role supports daily operations, drives customer service excellence, and strengthens team performance to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The position requires at least two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food environment, with strong leadership and communication skills. Full-time, hourly pay with benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a supervisory role, preferably quick-service/restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Provide fast, friendly, high-quality service in a clean, safe environment.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and supervise team members.
• Offer clear direction and constructive feedback to staff.
• Identify high-potential employees for future growth within TPIS.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist with staffing, inventory, and operational communications to Store Manager.
• Complete opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
