Job summary

EōS Fitness in Goleta, CA is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Fitness Manager to lead the Personal Training team, conduct intro workouts with new members, and drive personal training sales while delivering exceptional service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will hire, train, and schedule trainers, manage payroll, and ensure targets are met through coaching and teamwork.

A strong fitness passion and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience; fitness/personal training management is a plus
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of sales experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Personal Training sales experience is highly preferred
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising Personal Trainers
• Manage payroll for personal trainers to ensure timely payment
• Achieve sales targets and drive PT package sales and member engagement
• Provide constructive feedback to trainers on performance
• Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing member concerns
• Conduct welcome workouts for new members and guide their initial club experience
• Ensure staff certifications including CPR and First Aid
