Qualificações

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills across all levels.
• Strong detail orientation and systematic problem-solving approach.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily sales targets are met.
• Promote personal training packages and build strong rapport with members.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for personal training services.
• Collaborate with the membership sales team.
• Conduct personalized welcome workouts for new members.
• Guide new members through their initial club experience.
• Facilitate professional development for personal trainers.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff.
• Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
