Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Fitness Manager to drive personal training sales and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will lead a PT team, coordinate with membership sales, and guide new members through welcome workouts to kickstart their fitness journeys.

The role requires nights and weekend availability, a valid Personal Training certification, CPR within 30 days, and strong communication to build lasting member relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Personal Training certification is required.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move around gym floors.
• Experience or interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PT sales initiatives and achieve personal training targets.
• Conduct welcome workouts for new members to assess needs and goals.
• Promote fitness packages and build rapport with members.
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members into PT programs.
• Support ongoing development and coaching for trainers and staff.
• Ensure staff understand goals, processes, and safety procedures.
• Maintain gym cleanliness and safety standards across zones.
