Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales) to lead welcome workouts and drive PT sales at our new gym. You will report to the Fitness Manager and collaborate with membership and training teams to provide exceptional service and grow the personal training pipeline.

The role emphasizes building strong member relationships, coaching staff, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a positive, energetic gym environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet daily targets, especially on weekends or when the Fitness Manager is absent.
• Drive sales by promoting personal training packages and building rapport with members.
• Achieve sales targets for PT services and small group training.
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members and promote club experiences.
• Conduct welcome workouts for new members to assess fitness needs and goals.
• Guide new members through their initial club experience, supporting PT sales and retention.
• Coach and develop personal trainers through regular sessions.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
• Oversee facility cleanliness, equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain certifications.
