Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales) for our New Gym Opening. You will conduct welcome workouts for new members, guide them into personal training, and drive PT sales while delivering superior service across the membership and PT teams.

Requirements include 2–3 years customer service, 1 year sales, 1 year supervisory experience, a valid Personal Training certification, CPR within 30 days, and evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid Personal Training certification is required.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team to meet sales targets, including weekends.
• Promote personal training packages and build rapport with members.
• Achieve sales targets for PT services and small group sessions.
• Support onboarding with the membership sales team.
• Conduct welcome workouts for new members to assess goals.
