UFC Gym is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager in Corona, CA. You will lead sales efforts, engage with potential members, and showcase our world-class facilities and programs to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Trainer Certification (3+ years)
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably fitness
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle
• Basic knowledge of fitness programs and services
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing the sales team to achieve membership goals and targets.
• Engage with prospective members and conduct facility tours to showcase offerings.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and member satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Personal Trainer Certification (active 3+ years) Nutrition, Weight Loss, Muscle Build, General Health
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Basic knowledge of fitness programs and services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
