UFC Gym in Corona is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager to lead sales and member engagement at our Corona location. You will mentor a sales team, conduct facility tours, and promote our programs while upholding exceptional service.

The role emphasizes developing sales strategies, organizing events, and collaborating with management to improve gym operations. A passion for fitness, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Trainer Certification with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in fitness.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of fitness programs and services.
• Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle.
